We have our company on Linkedin but it's really a static page. I know they are looking at facebook and Twitter, too.

Two great books to help those starting out on the road of Social Media (and will get a lot more besides): The Referral Engine by John Jantsch and Inbound Marketing by Brian Halligan, Dharmesh Shah, and David Meerman Scott. Any other book or website recommendations?
