1) Often, this kind of solution requires a security audit be conducted well in advance of the decision. Is this the case in your company? If so, who would likely be responsible for the due diligence process as it relates to corporate security?
2) Once this system is in place, there will likely be a need to retrain some of the billing personnel - who is the person in your company that would best be able to assess this?
3) Do you see the integration effort involving any IT personnel from the other divisions that you support?

1. Based my experience, projects like this have the potential to run into problems when other departments try to get in on the action due to limited budgets. This has a tendency to lead to scope creep which usually slows the project down. Can you think of any departments that would get in the way of this initial roll out?
2. Once implemented, this system will empower your end users to generate their own reports in real time. As such, this could have an impact on your power users. Do you see any concerns from their point of view? Could they get in the way of this project?
3. Based on my understanding, when an employee need a report, they have to go through a formal approval process due to systems resources. Our system has the ability to eliminate that formal process and therefore empower the employees to get the information that they need, when they need it. Is that at all a concern or would it be better to keep those checks and balances in place?
